MORE ART!

We have passed the 5th Stretch Goal for SONGS OF GIANTS! Now all print level backers will be getting a full size, signed art print added to their rewards! 

This leaves only our 6th Stretch Goal out of the original group we announced. I think it is time to add a few more. I will have that for you tomorrow.

Presenting a new progress video!

Hey all! As promised, here is a preview of my next-to-last illustration for SONGS OF GIANTS! I created this illustration of a sunken galleon to accompany the Robert E. Howard  poem: TIDES!

I love illustrating anything by REH. And Howard was full of wonderful evocations of the sea in this poem. I would have to guess that Howard could have made it to the Texas coast and seen the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, his imagination was his ticket (and ours as well) around the world and beyond!

So I am digging in on the final illustration for SONGS OF GIANTS. This one will be an H. P. Lovecraft piece. A great way to finish out this year and a half process of creation! Meanwhile, I've designed the back cover, the end papers and introduction by Jack McDevitt. Several small odds and ends remain for design and proofing, and then the book will be sitting here awaiting transmission to the printer!

MAKING MORE ART

I've been making more art! 

I have exactly one illustration left to do and SONGS OF GIANTS will be complete!

While I have been putting my time into creating art, Facebook has been making it pretty much impossible for me to get the word out about the campaign. Several days ago FB was hacked and many accounts were compromised. FB forced me to reauthorize my account. And since then, they have not allowed me to share anything with a link included, and nothing allowed to groups. This has really slowed backers joining us! We have been just a short distance away from the 5th Stretch Goal of a signed, full-sized art print for two days! So close!

You guys have been great. But if you are able to share the link or Tweet, it would be a big help - and we will all benefit from more stretch goals.

SONGS OF GIANTS IS GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY!

Thanks to all of you, we all are getting more! We have now passed the 4th Stretch Goal for SONGS OF GIANTS! Every backer beginning with printed book level and above will be getting the exclusive, illustrated book mark!

And we now have our first Executive Publisher! There is still room for a few more. So be sure to take a look at that reward. If you ever wanted a real publishing credit, there has never been a better time!

And thanks to everyone for sharing the news about SONGS OF GIANTS! I am looking forward to hitting Stretch Goal #5 because I want a full size color print to go with the book! We are well on our way. With your support, I know we can make that happen! Thanks again!
